Sensational Saturdays: Art + Yoga- Georgia O'Keeffe

Slow down the rush of daily life and take the time to look at some of Georgia O’Keeffe’s most famous enlarged flower paintings. Let the soft, undulating, luminous forms and vibrant colors of these huge blooms inspire your yoga practice and your world. Darlene Kelbach, Certified Yoga Instructor, will lead this workshop. Please bring a journal and colored pencils, a yoga mat, and water bottle. Blankets are optional for a seat cushion and warmth.
