Saint Joseph Academy Summer Cross Country Program

Camp is open to boys and girls entering grades 4-8 interested in cross country. The program is open to runners of all ability levels and will focus on form, fitness and strategy. Camp is directed by Mr. Fred Kieser, Head Coach of the successful Saint Joseph Academy Cross Country team, past winner of the Cleveland Marathon and participant in the U.S. Marathon trials. Runners should bring a water bottle and appropriate shoes.
