Sacred Strings: Yoga in the Garden

Sacred Rebel Yoga goes outdoors at Artful Living Boutique! In Gordon Square sits Artful LIving Boutique- a cottage shop surrounded by beautiful gardens. Take a walk through the Boutique and find your way to the side yard where we will gather. Delia will be leading the class and Adam (aka 'Fiddlin' Cricket) will be providing soothing acoustic soundscapes on classical guitar. These compositions are all instrumental and arranged to compliment rhythm and flow of the class. Bring your mat! Arrival by 9:45am for 10am start time. Cash donations are encouraged for this unique experience.
