Rush Job

The prog rock trio Rush is known for playing music that involves complex time signatures. Over the course of several decades, the Canadian trio has cultivated a loyal fanbase that knows its extensive repertoire. The guys are in their 50s now so they don’t tour as often as they used to. As a result, a band like Limelight, a Rush tribute act that meticulously recreates songs from the band’s extensive catalog, keeps plenty busy. The local cover band Jukebox Heroes opens at 5 p.m. at Rockin’ on the River. Admission is free. (Niesel)
