Come and experience an evening of farm to table food and a curated array of beer, cocktails and meads presented and hosted by The BottleHouse Brewery. Colin Brown of Gifted Grass Farms will be discussing the benefits of locally sourced meat. Chef Rasul Welch will be discussing using the whole animal in the kitchen. The duck being served this evening comes from Colin’s farm. Andie Ferman from Diageo will be discussing all things gin.
