Power of Sour: Wild Ale & Fermented Food Festival

This event that takes place from noon to 8 p.m. at Platform's Phunkenship facility will feature products from locally owned businesses. In addition, Darren Cross, the owner of the Cleveland Brew Shop, will showcase some of the different forms of at-home fermentation, Jeremy Umansky, co-chef/owner of Larder, Caleb Brown, multi-medal-winning brewer and lead blender at Phunkenship and Michael Killik, owner of Killik Hot Sauce Company, will speak. Admission is free.
