PORK + WINE Dinner

Chef Matt Koza will prepare five Pork Dishes with perfectly paired Wines, presented by wine expert, Michael Giustiniani, offering Tasting Notes, Vineyard History, and Culinary Education. Wine offered throughout the evening will be for sale at the end of the event. Menu to include: 1st Course - Sparkling Rose paired with Crispy Cracklin. 2nd Course - Riesling paired with Pork Rillettes. 3rd Course - Brunello paired with Porchetta. 4th Course - Pinot Noir paired with Pork Steam Ships. 5th Course - Sotto Sopra paired with Stuffed French Toast Cheesecake.
