Latin-inspired foods with worldly wines, Pork & Cork is a unique pairing event. On a hot summer night, underneath the stars, dance the night away to live Spanish guitar and improvised drums- stirring up tropic nostalgia right here in Cleveland. Enjoy traditional dishes, such as Pernil, Elotes (Mexican corn), Arroz con Gandules (rice and beans) , Crackle and more cooked al carbon (over a fire pit). There will be plenty of wines to create your favorite combination of flavors. ​
