Opening tonight at 7:30 at the Cleveland Play House, The Pianist of Willesden Lane tells the remarkable and heartbreaking story of 14-year-old Lisa Jura’s years in wartime London and Vienna. Adapted and directed by Hershey Felder and based on a book — The Children of Willesden Lane: Beyond the Kindertransport — by Jura’s daughter, the true story features moving themes and live performances of music by Chopin, Beethoven and Debussy. Performances continue at the Allen Theatre through March 22. Tickets are $39 to $89. (Siegel)
