The Piney Mountain Stringband is an Old Time band that plays a mixture of instrumental Old Time music and folk and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. We consist of a fiddle (Erin Thomas), and a banjo and guitar (Bill Braun). Our band grew out of sharing a deep passion for the music coming out of Appalachia; that music that evokes a sense of a bygone era with bygone values.
