Philly Weeden

Award winning author, playwright, screenwriter and keynote speaker, Philly Weeden comes to Playhouse Square for a night unplugged. With two books under his belt and one on the way, Weeden has mastered the art of book writing as well as playwriting; his hit play, If You Knew Better You’d Do Better, featured all local Clevelanders with no acting experience, a decision that no doubt demonstrates Weeden’s love for the city. With a pension for humor and thought-provoking dialogue, Weeden is a speaker not to be missed tonight. He talks today at 5 p.m. at the Hanna Theatre. Tickets are $25. (Immerman)
