Pete Mills All-Star Quartet featuring Matt Wilson

A regular visitor to Cleveland, saxophonist Pete Mills played Tri-C Jazz Fest on his last trip to town in 2012. This time around, he's bringing his new band — drummer Matt Wilson, guitarist Pete McCann and bassist Martin Wind — to preview his forthcoming disc, Sweet Shadow. If it's anything like his previous releases, it'll feature his John Coltrane-inspired solos and intricate compositions. (Niesel)
