ParkFit Mall Walkers Wellness Talk: Advance Directives

This month's speaker will be Chris Cameron LISW-S from Southwest General Hospital speaking about living wills, advanced directives and the legalities of these documents. Learn tips on how to have these important conversations with your family member. The ParkFit Mall Walkers Club is a combined effort of Southwest General and SouthPark Mall in Strongsville. The Club provides an opportunity for community residents to improve their health by walking for exercise in a safe, interesting, and climate-controlled facility. Walk at the mall first, then come over to the library for an informative wellness talk!
