Holden Arboretum’s annual spring breakfast returns on Saturday and Sunday, April 7 and 8, with a special members’ only pancake dinner on Friday, April 6.
Guests are invited to explore the grounds on an optional guided hike and then relax over a pancake breakfast or dinner, served by Arboretum volunteers with sustainably produced maple syrup. Breakfast sides include sausage, potatoes and fresh fruit salad. Gluten-free pancakes and vegetarian options are available upon request. New to the menu this year are chocolate chip pancakes. Additional menu items are available for Friday’s members-only dinner.
