With English as his second language, you’d think comedian Angel Salazar would inevitably run into some communication barriers. But he begs to differ: He likes messing with people by pretending he doesn’t know what they’re saying. His observations on American society are pretty funny. His stage antics can be crazy too; he’s been known to show up in a mini skirt from time to time.
