North Rock Park: 8 Week Health Challenge

. A FREE program sponsored by the Cleveland Clinic and the cities of Fairview Park, North Olmsted, and Rocky River. It includes pre- and post-health screenings, health education talks, and group exercise opportunities. The city mayors are competing, and the 3 city recreation centers are offering free weekly exercise sessions. Participants will accrue points for wellness activities, and the city with the most points/healthiest members will win a trophy! First screenings are held on Thurs.
