No Home Movie, writer-director Chantal Akerman's final film, provides a portrait of her mother, a Polish immigrant and Auschwitz survivor who died in 2014 at age 86. Akerman captures her mother in her small apartment and engages her in a conversation about her long life. The movie makes its Cleveland premiere tonight at 6:45 at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. It screens again at 9:35 on Saturday night. Tickets are $10. (Niesel)
