No Exit Presents: Patchwork and Anika Kildegaard

No Exit is thrilled to present the return of Patchwork—saxophonist Noa Even and drummer Stephan Klunk. In this one-night musical adventure, the “astonishingly tight ensemble” known for “creating the effect of a hybrid solo instrument” will play pieces commissioned by the group. Also on the program, Noa Even and soprano Anika Kildegaard—praised for her “captivating and sensual” sound—will perform together to dazzling effect. The Cleveland State Percussion Ensemble will kick off the concert program with a brief set of 3 world premiere “pocket pieces,” inspired by composer Juri Seo’s “Portable Percussion Series.”
