Nick Carter and Jordan Knight

In 2011, the Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter and New Kids on the Block's Jordan Knight took their respective bands on tour as NKOTBSB. The two have even collaborated on a studio album, the just-released Nick & Knight. You won't find any real surprises here as the duo delivers the same kind of pop confection that was popular in the early 2000s. They go for something a bit more soulful with "Switch" and get funky on "Drive My Car." Their voices actually mesh pretty well. But the material here is so predictable, it's hard to praise the collaboration. (Niesel)
