As we settle into our tasting, Ed Trebets of Urban Vintner (formerly of Debonne) and current professor of Enology at Kent State will give a lecture on the role of sulfur in winemaking, why it would be desirable (or not) to leave it out and what relationship sulfur addition has to the Natural Wine movement.
