Mom Rave© is a brand-new fitness dance event format for everyone. Like "XXXX Disco" but with a healthier value proposition and clear enhancement. Mom Rave has lyric-free EDM / Rave music curated by an expert DJ, a fitness trainer, personal privacy (no cameras), socially distanced dance circles, no alcohol or drugs, and held in the early evenings. Expect low lights, fluorescent dance circles, water, ear plugs, and towelettes. Mom Rave is a recurring event that is a gateway to "let your hair down," find a babysitter, and move to the music for better health wellness. We can dance!
