To prepare for this holiday season, we'll learn mindful breathing techniques and gentle movement postures you can use to keep the anxiety and stress away! Mindful breathing enhances focus & reduces stress by centering attention on the breath, promotes relaxation & emotional regulation, contributing to improved mental wellbeing. Combined with gentle movements we can learn to tap into our resilience, gain a greater sense of control, increase self-awareness, and establish a greater sense of calm, peace, and happiness within. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. The practice will include movement between chair and floor; modifications offered as needed.
