Menopause is a natural transition in the life of a woman and/or vulva-haver. Yet, we often don’t prepare for this change or discuss our experiences during this important time. Learn about the stages of menopause and ways that our bodies experience this change. We’ll also explore coping strategies for insomnia, hot flashes, and more. Time for questions and open discussion on any topic related to menopause will be included. This session is for folks in pre-menopause, perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
