Meet Me At Oak Street

Oak Street Health, a primary care network that serves patients on Medicare, is throwing a party on August 15th at its Westown Center to celebrate the reopening of its community room where patients can take weekly exercise classes, connect with friends and enjoy other recreational activities. Open to all: come enjoy live music, free food + games and prizes! Current patients will also receive a prize for bringing any Medicare eligible friend.
