The son of a coal miner, Jared Logan isn’t what you’d expect from a West Virginia native. Seemingly stripped of most Appalachian tendencies, he has an incredibly hilarious perspective on his life growing up. As an adult, Logan struggles with the common issues — dating, weight, the usual — but his delightfully glib remarks about exes, family and himself are massively enjoyable. As well as touring the U.S., Logan’s appeared on Comedy Central’s John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show. Catch him tonight at the Grog Shop with the hilarious Clevelanders Bill Squire and Ramon Rivas opening. The show starts at 8 and tickets are $10. (Patrick Stoops)
