Living Mindfully: An Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness

In a world that can feel increasingly chaotic and divisive, meditation provides a path home to your true peaceful and compassionate self. This presentation includes an introduction to the concepts and practices related to meditation and mindfulness, a discussion of the benefits of developing a personal practice, and a brief guided meditation to introduce participants to the experience of meditating.
