Light Enters the Grove – A National Poetry Month Celebration

Beginning at 4 PM at the Main Library of Cleveland Public Library, contributors to Light Enters the Grove (Kent State University Press, 2024), a poetry anthology that explores Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the “rich relationship between artists and the natural world,” will read poems and be in conversation with the Ohio Center for the Book. Readers will include Quartez Harris, Caryl Pagel, and current Ohio Poet Laureate Kari Gunter-Seymour. At 7:15 PM at the Cleveland Cinematheque, join us for a special screening of the acclaimed film Evil Does Not Exist, directed by Ryūsuke Hamaguchi, as the nature theme continues.
