A first come, first served free advice clinic for low-income individuals with civil legal issues will take place Saturday February 9, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Eastman Branch of the Cleveland Public Library, conducted by the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland's Volunteer Lawyers Program.
