Latino Enrollment Summit

Neighborhood Family Practice will host a Latino Enrollment Summit on Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its main office, 3569 Ridge Road, Cleveland. The enrollment summit is focused on helping Latino citizens sign up for health insurance coverage in the online Health Insurance Marketplace before the March 31 deadline. Qualified bilingual counselors will be on hand to assist enrollees in working through the Affordable Care Act’s online health insurance application process. Please bring 4 things: Social Security number; income tax/proof of income; proof of citizenship, legal residence or identity; and email address
