This exhibit by visual artist Aislinn Janek features layered black-and-white acrylic paintings with sewn threads, "exploring repetition, obsession, and daily habits," as it's put in a press release. An opening reception takes place today from 6 to 8 p.m. at McDonough Museum of Art in Youngstown.
