Lake Erie Crushers vs. River City Rascals

The Lake Erie Crushers, an amateur league baseball team that plays out in Avon at All Pro Freight Stadium, kicks off the 2016 season tonight at 7:05 against the River City Rascals. Because the ballplayers make a subsistence salary, fans will pass the hat to give any Crusher a "tip" if he hits a home run. The games provide good entertainment and offer affordably priced concessions. To celebrate the season opening, there will be post-game fireworks.
