Kitchen Tips at the Ohio Design Center

For any kitchen-makeover fan held hostage by vinyl floors, laminate countertops, and avocado appliances, today’s First Friday event at the Ohio Design Center could be a game-changer. Award-winning Cleveland designer John Hall will be stopping by the Beachwood showroom for a noon talk entitled “25 Design Tips Toward the Perfect Kitchen.” As the owner of Chagrin Falls’ Hall Design Group, Hall knows a perfect kitchen when he sees one. So while we don’t actually know what’s on his tip list, we’re betting he’s a better source of inspiration than the guys down at Home Depot. Plus, today is the Design Centre’s Designer on Call Day, meaning that from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. civilians can get tours of the custom showrooms and a private, 30-minute, no-obligation consultation with a designer.
