Kitchen: A Quarterly Panel Discussion and Poetry Open Mic

Twelve Literary Arts presents a new "Kitchen" series at the Euclid Tvern. The first quarterly installment of the lecture program features a panel discussion on on art making and activism for Womyn of Color in Cleveland. The panell features moderator Eris Eady and panelists Kisha Nicole Foster, Michelle R. Smith, Siaara Freeman and Eva Barrett. At 8 p.m., the local hip-hop duo Fresh Produce hosts a poetry open mic. Fresh Produce will also perform a 20-minute set with the backing musical quartet Moshuro. DJ Candi Fresca will man the wheels of steel. It all starts at 7 p.m. (Niesel)
