King of Comedy

Jay Pharoah may not be an Egyptian demigod, but he’s definitely king of comedic impersonations. His Chris Tucker and Christopher Walken impressions are especially hilarious. He’s performed in various parodies including “What Does My Girl Say” (a spoof of the novelty tune “What Does the Fox Say”) and “I am a Dog,” which pokes fun at Kanye West; he also has upcoming plans with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube. All these things promise to be good fodder for tonight’s show, which starts at 8 p.m. at Hilarities. Tickets run from $23 to $25 with appearances scheduled through Sunday. (Trenholme)
