Kid Friendly Comic

Not many kid-friendly comedians come into town, but Jeff Allen is one of them. All aglow with rave reviews from various head execs at places like Chik-fil-A, the Nashville Dental Society, Sam’s Club and investment firms (that’s random), he’s kind of like the dad who thinks he’s funny. His humor focuses on things like placating his wife and living with those darn, pesky teenagers. While he’s certainly no Mitch Hedberg, he does have his funny moments. If you’re itching to get out and have a cocktail but couldn’t line up a sitter, this one’s perfectly fine to bring the kids to. The show begins at 8 tonight at Hilarities, and tickets start at $18.
