Produced by the Crooked River Arts Council, this festival offers free live music by 25 bands and artists at more than 20 venues in Kent. The inaugural Kent Rocks Music Fest, formerly the ‘Round Town Music Festival, starts at 4:30 p.m. and will continue until after midnight.
