Kent Blues Fest

The 16th annual Kent Blues Fest takes place today at venues all over Kent. The popular festival will offer free live music by more than 30 acts at 20 locations, including restaurants, bars, bookstores and outdoor parks. Blues harp master Wallace Coleman, known for his many years with Robert Lockwood Jr, and the Numbers Band, Akron/Kent’s experimental blues rock band are among the acts slated to perform.
