Julia Jacklin

Indie singer-songwriter Julia Jacklin, who just released the studio effort Pre Pleasure last year, returned recently with a cover of Roland S. Howard's somber ballad "Shivers." She performs tonight at 8 at the Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights. Indie singer-songwriter Katherine "KP" Paul, who records and tours as Black Belt Eagle Scout, will open the show. She's part of the Swinomosh Indian Tribal Community, and she uses her indigenous heritage as inspiration for her music.
