Comedian Jen Kober likes to joke that you can tell by her Justin Bieber haircut that she "swims in the lady pond." Kober, who yells as much as she speaks during her performance, admits in one bit that she regularly gives ridiculous answers to straightforward questions that reporters ask about her comedic career. "I grew up Jewish and gay and went to Catholic school in Louisiana, so what fucking choice did I have?" she says she said in response to a question about what made her a comedian. Kober performs tonight at 7 at Hilarities.
