Indians vs. Tampa Bay Rays

If it weren't for the fact that they happen to play in one of baseball's toughest divisions, the Tampa Bay Rays might be a decent team. They've got some solid young players and have played .500 ball most of the season. But given the way division rivals such as the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox have performed, there's little chance they'll make the playoffs.
