The BE HAPPY BLOCK PARTY 2023 INDI ART HOUSE CELEBRATION is officially here as we welcome in our Grand Opening Celebration on July 22nd with Cleveland's Own Chip Tha Ripper "King Chip"! We would like to personally thank all of our partners and supporters for assisting the Dream Team in making this possible as we open our INDI Art House Studio to the youth and community of Cleveland. All ticket sales for this event are donation based as we use the “Pay What You Can” model. Ticket donations can range from $1 to $100 depending on your personal contribution!
