FHPL will host Women in History actress Molly Cornwell as Rebecca Nurse. A victim of the Salem Witch Trials, she was accused, convicted and hung as a witch in Salem, Massachusetts during the witchcraft frenzy that gripped the town in the late 1600s. She was also one of the principal figures portrayed in Arthur Miller’s play The Crucible. The dramatic presentation will take place in the library on Monday, October 7 at 6:30 and will be followed by a Q& A session. Light refreshments will be served. Free and open to the public.
