Halloween Happening

The folks at many Hingetown establishments have teamed up for today's Halloween Happening. Free activities and snacks will be available at the Music Settlement, Bop Stop, the Beauty Shoppe & Foyer, the Grocery, Harness Cycle and Larder Delicatessen & Bakery.
