"Guilty Til Proven Innocent" premier

Lakewood's River Fire Films presents a special screening of the documentary film that challenges the notion that singling out dogs based on breed or type will enhance community safety. The film takes an intimate look at the truth behind breed-specific laws and the effect they have on local communities, following Lakewood as city council proposes and eventually passes a ban on “pit bulls.” The evening will also feature a public forum on how we can make our communities safer for all -- 2 and 4 legged.
