The classic rock group from Flint, MI had a number of hits in the '70s. Songs such as "We're an American Band" and "I'm Your Captain (Closer to Home)" still receive airplay on classic rock radio. Expect to them tonight when the group, which still features founding members Don Brewer and Melvin Schacher, performs at 8 p.m. at MGM Northfield Park — Center Stage.
