Good Goth

Goth/punk rocker Nick Cave is a rock ’n’ roll icon. We’d even argue he belongs in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. With 20,000 Days on Earth, directors Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard weave together drama and documentary to capture a day in Cave’s life with never-before-seen footage. As it’s put in a press release, “The film delves into Cave’s artistic processes, unpicking the stuff that makes him tick.” It screens tonight at 7 at the Capitol Theatre as part of Cleveland Cinemas’ Fall Doc Series. Tickets are $9. (Niesel)
