Global Teen Performance Project

Global Teen Performance Project is an afterschool rehearsal process at Thomas Jefferson International Newcomers Academy for students ages 14-19, emphasizing technique and mastery of the craft of theatre. With the support of CPT Teaching Artists and involvement of the school’s teachers and staff, the students create an original work of theatre based on the students’ stories and cultures, and their experiences as newcomers in the U.S. Global Teen Performance Project is produced by Cleveland Public Theatre in partnership with Thomas Jefferson International Newcomers Academy of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Global Cleveland.
