Gift of Light Expo at the Fairgrounds

Organizer Kelly Bowman knows you’re going to this weekend’s Gift of Light Expo at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds: The Columbus psychic caught your vibe days ago. That, plus the fact that more than 1,000 Clevelanders turned out for last year’s expo, gives her faith that this will be a banner year for the annual psychic fair. “The wonderful thing is that we offer free workshops all weekend long — usually two or three of them every hour,” she says. “You can learn about everything from hypnosis and ghosts to dream analysis, aura photography, akashic (past-life) records, and how to make green investments.” Also on hand: food vendors, book dealers, tarot-card readers, sellers of gems, jewelry, and crystals, and live performances by local guitarist Brian Henke. Saturday’s hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday’s are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission at the gate is $7; tell them Scene sent you for a $1 discount.
