Geauga Heroes of Conservation Awards and Reception

Protect Geauga Parks will host the Second Annual Geauga Heroes of Conservation Awards and Reception to honor former Geauga County Probate Judge Robert B. Ford, along with former Russell Township Park Board Commissioners Ray Podojil and Sandy Siegler for their outstanding contributions to conservation in Geauga County. The Reception program will include presentations of awards to the Heroes of Conservation, nature-inspired music composed by Bill Lestock, and poetry written for this occasion by Geauga residents and poets Jim and Gail Wohlken. An array of appetizers, desserts and beverages will be provided before and after the program.
