Cleveland Heights Community Center and Kuk Sool Won™ of Cleveland are partnering to provide a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Seminar Sunday, December 7 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, at 1 Monticello Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, 44118 During the Cleveland Heights Community Center Open House event, please attend this free women’s self-defense seminar for an overview of self-defense techniques for women shared by the instructors of Kuk Sool Won™ of Cleveland. A variety of situations will be discussed for attendees to review and practice self-defense. No need to RSVP.
